Personal data we collect

  • Visits to this website. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes the technical data every web request carries, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • Enquiries and bookings. Your name and email address, the email addresses of any guests you add, anything you share to help prepare for the call, the time of the call, and what you tell us by email or on the call, such as your company and role.
  • Calls. Calls are held on Google Meet. We take written notes. We do not record calls.
  • Businesses we contact. When we contact a business that may want our services or may become a channel partner, we use business contact details (name, role, company, business email address and phone number) from public sources such as company websites and LinkedIn, from introductions, and from business contact data providers such as Apollo.
  • Clients and channel partners. During an engagement we hold the contact details of the people we work with at our client and at the resellers, distributors and other partners involved, our correspondence and meeting notes, the terms under negotiation and signed agreements, and the details needed to invoice and be paid.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, such as health information or political opinions, and ask you not to send it.

When we transfer personal data out of Singapore, we make sure the recipient protects it to a standard comparable to the PDPA, through contractual terms or other means the PDPA recognises. Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on the safeguards they recognise, such as adequacy decisions, including for providers certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, or standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum where needed. Contact us for details of the safeguard that applies.

How long we keep personal data

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any period in which legal claims can be brought and any period for which company or tax law requires us to keep records. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a record of that request so that we do not contact you again.

How we protect personal data

Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it for the purposes above, and our service providers are bound by contractual security and confidentiality obligations. If a data breach occurs, we notify the relevant regulators and the people affected where the law requires.

Under the PDPA, you can ask for access to your personal data and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent.
